Vesareos Pelekasis was a tailor in Lowell. It seems that he anglicized his first name to Victor. It appears from the City Directories from that period that Mrs. Victor Pelekasis went by the first name Ethel. This tailor shop was still in the same location 5 years later according to the 1931 City Directory.

It is interesting that the photographer captured the image of a young boy inside the shop in the photos above and below.

Though the photos are not ascribed to anyone, it is very possible the the photographer was Anne Powell.

A person inside a building looking out was a common characteristic of her photos.
