Mary Ann has a lot to be proud of. She has placed third in the Huntsville/Madison County Fall Parade of Homes. She was named ‘Rookie of the Year’ by the Shoals Area Association of REALTORS® and placed 4th in production in her first year in real estate. But, most of all, Mary Ann is proud to say that many of her happy clients have become life-long friends. The past 30 years have been a joy for her - working with the children of past clients to find their first home, assisting repeat clients as they’ve gone through life changes, helping ready-to-downsize clients as they transitioned to the next stages of life, and working with her favorite clients like the older gentleman who never thought he would own a home. 

Mary Ann is excited for yet another challenge in her career and is excited to step into the role of Qualifying Broker for Leading Edge’s newest office, representing The Shoals. She grew up in The Shoals and it’s the place where her children grew up. She loves that our office is housed in a historic building located in Downtown Florence, just five minutes from the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River.

There are so many things Mary Ann loves about NW Alabama and The Shoals. The rich music history of the area is one of her favorite things, and she smiled as she talked about her own experiences, mentioning how it was “an amazing place to be in the 70s”. Hearing the enthusiasm in Mary Ann’s voice as she talked about The Shoals, her career, and her new adventure with Leading Edge was, and is, music to our ears! We’re proud of Mary Ann and all that she has accomplished, and we look forward to watching her grow Leading Edge - NW Alabama into one of the top-producing brokerages in the local market! We have no doubt she will be an amazing Qualifying Broker and outstanding mentor to a new generation of REALTORS®!
