Returnable Items:
- Machines and all other products not mentioned above can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
- An original receipt or proof of purchase in your customer history is required for a full refund.
- All returned products will be inspected to ensure they are unopened and unused.
- The final decision on returns is at the discretion of Creekside Fabrics, Quilts, & Yarn.
- Returns without an original receipt will receive store credit only, no exceptions.
Online Orders:
- The same non-returnable items apply as listed above.
- Requested returns or order cancellations after the time of order will incur a 5% fee.
- All returned products will be inspected to ensure they are unopened and unused.
- The final decision on returns is at the discretion of Creekside Fabrics, Quilts, & Yarn.
- An original receipt or proof of purchase in your customer history is required for a full refund.
- Returns without an original receipt will receive store credit only, no exceptions.
- Mailed returns are at the expense of the purchaser.
- All returns must include an original receipt or proof of purchase in your customer history, your email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- Creekside Fabrics, Quilts, & Yarn is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in shipping.
Damaged Items:
- Even though we package our products with the best care; damage during shipping can happen.
- If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture of the product in the original shipping package within 7 days of receipt of item to the following email address: sew@creeksidefabrics.com.
- We will contact you once we receive the photo and a label will be sent out to you for the return.
- A new item (if available) will be shipped at no additional cost.
Pre-Order Policy:
- Pre-Order items are indicated as PRE-ORDER to the consumer prior to ordering.
- We are purchasing in advance and given an estimated arrival date from the manufacturer, however we cannot guarantee a ship date and these dates are subject to change without notice.
- Due to the high demand and limited supply of pre-order items, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Note, cancellations may not be accepted on special pre-order items, such as limited editions and/or exclusive releases, as these items have the highest demand and are produced in very limited quantities.
- When items arrive, they will be processed and fulfilled promptly.
