FRIENDS OF THE FORUM: It's almost time for the King County Developmental Disabilities and Delays Legislative Forum! We have created sample social media graphics that you can quickly download and post to the channels you have access to―including your own personal pages if appropriate. Below you'll find photos and messages to post, leading up to the forum, including a post to share exactly one week prior to the event.

HOW TO USE THE PHOTOS: Feel free to use any of the photos below! To download, right click the desired photo with your computer mouse and then download ("Save Image As...") to your computer desktop. When you are ready to post on social media, select the desired photo and uploaded it to your social media page along with the corresponding message.

LANGUAGE & MESSAGING: We've included sample messages for you to copy and paste for your social media posts. Feel free to adjust as necessary for your audience(s).

POST TRANSLATIONS: All posts are translated to Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese and Somali: Leg Forum Social Media Caption Translations.

LEG FORUM SHUTTLE BUS

New this year, based on your feedback! In partnership with King County Metro, a shuttle will transport Legislative Forum attendees between the Tukwila International Boulevard station Bay 3 (light rail), Andover Parkway and Baker Blvd Bay 1 (Southcenter Mall), and the DoubleTree Suites.

Shuttle Details

Runs every 20 minutes from 5:00-9:00pm
2 people stationed at each stop to help/guide attendees (look for them in yellow vests)

Important note: The shuttle will drop you off and pick you up after the event directly in front of the DoubleTree Suites—you won’t need to cross the street.
