Teen Open Draw

This workshop is a collaboration between Girl Louie, SLICE, and Proud Art STL.

Teens—join us for a casual evening of doodling with your artistic peers.

Pop in for a few drawing games or stick around to chat about the craft of comics.

Please bring your own sketchbook and drawing supplies.

When: Friday June 6th from 6 - 8 PM

Who: All LGBTQIA+ teens!

Cost: Pay What You Want, $0-$20

Girl Louie is a women-owned creative agency based in St. Louis, Missouri, specializing in branding, marketing, and storytelling. Their mission is to help nonprofits, businesses, and creatives amplify their voices through bold, authentic storytelling.

Proud Art STL (PASTL) is an organization connecting LGBTQIA+ teens by creating a safer space for artistic expression and individuality. We believe art is a fantastic way to build community, and want to expand participant's social and artistic bounds through collaboration and various artistic mediums!

The St. Louis Independent Comics Expo (SLICE) is an exposition of zines, chapbooks, lit mags, poetry, comics, small press authors, indie publishers, and print culture in St. Louis. SLICE also offers free, public events throughout the year to help artists grow and introduce people of all backgrounds and skill levels to comics, zines, and print arts.
