Registrations received by August 31st, can reserve their spot with a $120 Non-refundable deposit. Any registrations received on or after Sept 1st, will need to pay the full price at once.
The camp requires a group of 20 guests or more to rent it, but they were nice enough to let us go last Spring with just 17, so I'm hoping we can get there again this time! We are now 12, so we need a few more! September 1st was my original deadline to make a decision, but I am extending it a few more days, so I will probably make a decision between now & Sept 10th & update all registered guests. I can't put this off too long, I need to plan other events too, and we need to release the camp so they can try to fill the spot if we don't have enough. I'm lucky that they don't require a non refundable deposit like some other camps I've looked into!
Ordering takes a good 2 weeks minimum when there's nothing going on, but with the Holiday catalogue going live on Sept 1st, we will definitely see delays & even low inventory, so this is why we always want to plan early & get commitments early too, so that everyone can also start planning their time away from family/work.
But no worries, if I have to cancel for any reason, you will receive full refund, unless we have to cancel after we already started the ordering for the door prizes & goodie bags. If that's the case, you'll get the products and the remaining cash) No refunds if you can't make it, but you'll still get your kits and any prizes you've qualified for.
