| If you recently received a letter asking you to confirm your account information, don't worry - it's a legitimate part of Peake Federal Credit Union's annual audit.
Each year, an independent auditing firm, YHB, randomly selects a small number of member accounts to verify. This helps ensure our records match yours and confirms the accuracy of our financial records.
Not everyone will receive a letter. Only a small, randomly selected group of members is contacted each year.
What Should You Do?
If you receive one of these letters, please follow the instructions provided and respond as requested.
Why Can't Peake Tell Me If I Received a Letter?
To protect the integrity of the audit, Peake employees are not told which members were selected. Because of that, we cannot confirm whether you personally received an audit letter.
However, if you're unsure whether the letter is legitimate, our Member Services Team can review the contents of the letter with you and verify that it is part of the annual audit.
Questions? If you have questions or would like us to verify the letter, please contact Member Services:
