LENT

March 5 - April 17, 2025

Lent is the worship season between Ash Wednesday and Easter that prepares us to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. It’s forty days, excluding Sundays. Traditionally, it’s a time of self-examination, repentance, and special focus on the suffering of Jesus for us.

In the old city of Jerusalem is an ancient road called the Via Dolorosa, which means “Road of Sorrow.”

It’s said Jesus walked this path on his way to crucifixion. Every year, thousands of pilgrims retrace

Jesus's footsteps on his way to the cross. This Lent, we’ll journey to the cross together on, reliving

some of the fateful moments leading up to Jesus’ death and to his resurrection.
