Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of a real estate transaction from the moment a purchase agreement is signed until the final closing. They ensure a smooth and timely transfer of ownership by coordinating between various parties and managing necessary documentation. By handling the administrative burden, you will free up real estate agents and other parties to focus on other aspects of the transaction. Your proactive approach and clear communication contribute to a positive closing experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities: Document Management
- Prepare, organize, and ensure all necessary documents (contracts, disclosures, title documents, etc.) are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
Communication
- Act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, title companies, lenders, and attorneys.
Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule closing dates, inspections, appraisals, and other related activities.
Compliance
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the closing process.
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
Customer Service
- Provide guidance and support to clients, explaining the closing process and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed real estate professional with prior experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time, in-office or at home position, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime as needed. Hours are flexible but may require evening or weekend hours to meet contract deadlines.
- You will be working for a top-producing agent.
- Commission-based pay
