Welcome Back!

We are so excited to welcome everyone back to Sunday School!

Again, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to Rose Vella, who has been our Nursery Care Provider for the last two and a half years. We cannot thank her enough for all the love and support she has given our families. Rose is stepping back from her permanent role to spend more time with her family, but we are delighted to share that she will still be helping out as a volunteer!

We also have a new Nursery Care Provider! Please join us in welcoming Emily Harris. Emily is currently a teacher with the HCCC and will be supervising our nursery on Sundays. Welcome to the community, Emily!

The Sunday School at FCC is open to children aged 3 to grade five. The Discipleship Ministry Team is responsible for facilitating the program with the assistance of parent volunteers and part time staff. Our program uses a bible-based, user-friendly curriculum called Holy Moly! by Sparkhouse. Each lesson includes a story and a craft project or game activity. These engaging lessons are designed to teach children essential bible stories and themes.

Please note that Communion Sundays are always Intergenerational, so we may all partake at the Lord's table together as a congregation. There are busy bags located at the back of the Sanctuary to keep children entertained during these worship days.

The Nursery will be open and staffed every Sunday from September 13th - June 27th.

Volunteers are vital to Children's Ministry!

Please sign up to volunteer with the Sunday School! With the support of our Christian Education staff, you will assist our youth with projects during Sunday School. We prepare materials for volunteers in advance and will meet with you or touch base via phone prior to when you are scheduled to help in the classroom.
