Interested in obtaining your Real Estate License? Already licensed but need CE credits?

ERA Realty Central is now partnered with a great school for Nevada Real Estate education. Not only do we have access to the Pre-Liensing and CE courses through our partnership with the school, but we have our teaching Broker, Pat Schweigert. Pat both writes and teaches CE courses for the NV Real Estate Division. She was voted Edcuator of the Year in 2021!

The best news, is we are able to offer this with no cost to you!

Earn Your License

The process of becoming a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada includes completing your 120 hours of pre-licensing education, passing the real estate exam, fingerprinting, and submitting your real estate license application.

You're Licensed, now what?

The State of Nevada requires that you complete 30 hours of Post-Licensing education during your first year for renewal. At this time we do not offer the Post-Licensing course, however we do in house training, to give you real life knowledge of how to best reach your goals as a Realtor.

Licensed Real Estate Agent

The State of Nevada requires that you complete 36 hours of Continuing Education courses every two years for continued renewal. At ERA Realty Central, not only do we have access to CE courses through our partnership with the school, but we have our teaching Broker, Pat Schweigert.

"It’s extraordinary to be at an office that truly operates as a TEAM. Leaders with 75+ years of experience with thousands of successful transactions under their belts. No matter how experienced you are it’s wonderful to have someone available

to get the correct answer to a complicated issue."
