📜 Farm Fair Policies Animal Sales Policy The Burlington County Farm Fair Board of Trustees has been advised by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture that the Fair may only provide an opportunity for buyers and sellers to exchange information regarding livestock sales. No animal sales may take place on the fairgrounds or in any parking areas. Any private livestock transaction must be completed at the seller's farm or residence following the Fair. The only exception is the official Market Animal Sale conducted as part of the Burlington County Farm Fair program.
🚭 Is Smoking Allowed on the Fairgrounds? No. Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and other tobacco products, is prohibited throughout the Burlington County Farm Fair grounds.
🍺 Is Alcohol Served or Permitted? No. Alcoholic beverages are not sold, served, or permitted anywhere on the fairgrounds. Open containers of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
🐾 Can I Bring My Dog to the Farm Fair? Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the fairgrounds provided they are:
- Kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet
- Under the owner's control at all times
- Cleaned up after by their owner
Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets.
🤠 Are Dogs Allowed in the Rodeo Area? No. For the safety of rodeo participants, livestock, spectators, and pets, dogs are not permitted inside the Rodeo Arena or designated Rodeo viewing areas. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. While dogs are welcome elsewhere on the fairgrounds, they must remain outside all Rodeo areas during Rodeo events. |
