FARM FAIR SAFETY AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES


We take your safety seriously. During Fair Week, 24-hour security and on-site medical professionals help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

📹 Video surveillance is in use throughout the fairgrounds.


We kindly ask all visitors to respect one another, follow guidelines, and enjoy the fair responsibly.

GENERAL INFORMATION


Q: WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR THE 2025 FARM FAIR?

A: The Burlington County Farm Fair will be held from July 22 to July 26, 2025.


Q: NEW AND OFFICIAL FAIR HOURS

A: The Following Hours Have Changed - Check Daily Schedules for Special events and Thursday's Kid's Day at the Farm Fair

  • Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

🎡 Majestic Midway Rides begin daily at 4:00 PM

🎟️ Wristband specials available from 4:00 – 6:00 PM


Q: WHAT IS THE ADMISSION FEE?

A: Admission is FREE, thanks to our generous sponsors and BCFF vendors.


Q: HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

  • $15 per carload
  • $10 with military ID
  • $30 multi-day parking pass available


Q: IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL?

A: Yes, military personnel with valid ID may park for $10 per carload.

📜 BCFF POLICIES

 

NO ANIMAL SALES

The Farm Fair Board of Trustees has been advised by the Department of Agriculture, that as a group of trustees, they provide ONLY the opportunity to arrange the transaction of seller and buyer information for the sale of animals at the fair.  The actual sale is to take place at the seller's home or farm, not on fairgrounds or parking lot. 



The only animal sales event to take place is a market sale that is scheduled through the fair.



Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS?

A: No. Smoking is prohibited on the fairgrounds.


Q: IS ALCOHOL SERVED OR PERMITTED?

A: No. Alcohol is not sold, served, or allowed on the premises. No open containers.


Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE FARM FAIR?

A: Yes, leashed dogs (max 6 ft leash) are welcome on the fairgrounds. Please clean up after your pet.


🎪 BCFF EVENTS


Q: ARE THERE EVENTS HELD BEFORE THE OFFICIAL OPENING TIME?

A: Yes! Some events, such as livestock shows or competitions, may begin before the Fair opens to the public. Please refer to the official daily schedule on our mobile APP or Website for the most accurate times.


Q: ARE ALL ANIMALS PRESENT EVERY DAY OF THE FAIR?

A: Not always. Animal attendance varies based on weather conditions and show schedules. Check the 4-H and livestock pages for daily updates.


Q: WHEN IS THE RED EYE RODEO?

A: The Red Eye Rodeo will take place two days this year and located in the Horse Arena.

  • Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM
  • Friday, July 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM


Q: IS THERE A FEE TO ATTEND THE RODEO?

A: Yes. Tickets are available NOW!

🎡 AMUSEMENT RIDES


Q: WHEN DO THE AMUSEMENT RIDES OPEN?

A: Rides open daily at 4:00 PM.


Q: IS THERE A WRISTBAND SPECIAL FOR THE RIDES?

A: Yes!

🎟️ 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: $30 Wristband Special

🎟️ 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $35 Wristband


Q: ARE THE RIDES AVAILABLE EVERY DAY OF THE FAIR?

A: Yes, rides are open Tuesday through Saturday during fair hours, weather permitting.
