Elderberry Tonic

Elderberry Tonic starts with a base of raw, organic apple cider vinegar and then Elderberries, Ginger, Tulsi, Cinnamon, and Clove are added in for their helath benefits and flavor. We let the vinegar extract all the plants’ beneficial compounds and flavors over the course of several weeks, then mix in raw, organic honey to balance out the tartness.
