PREMIER THERAPY's Dental Insurance Plan, Guardian DentalGuard Preferred, is available to employees who work 32+ hours per week. It is 100% employee-paid, paid through bi-weekly payroll deductions.

Our plan has over 420,000 locations nationwide with preventive care, checkups, and cleanings costing little or nothing to the employee.

Coverage is effective the 1st of the month following a 30-day waiting period after start date.
