A special mini-week at camp designed for youth entering 6th grade through entering 12th grade! Teens from the Northwestern Ohio Synod, Northeastern Ohio Synod and Southern Ohio Synod will gather for team-building, faith formation and fun at the beautiful HopeWood Pines camp! The cost of this mini-week is being subsidized by each synod, making it possible to offer this experience for $150 per youth. Adult chaperones are free.

Registration is Open!

The HopeWood Outdoors registration system will walk parents/legal guardians through the process of registering youth in their household. Visit the HopeWood Pines website and sign in to your existing account or create a new user sign up if you have not used the registration site previously. Once logged in, select Ohio Summer Youth Retreat 2025 (June 29th - July 2nd, 2025) and fill out the required information. With the subsidy of synodical support, payment of $150 per youth will be collected during this process. Adult chaperones are free of cost.
