Date: Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 10am – 4pm. Gates open at 9:30am.

Sutton Ridge Farm is excited to announce

the fourth annual “Military Appreciation Family Day at the Farm”.

We take this day to thank and honor our Military Veterans who continue to sacrifice past their days of active service. Military members (Active Duty, Reservists/National Guard, Retired) and their families are invited to come, as well as, the general public.

The Jensen family, of rural Jordan, is honored to host the event on their private farm. Activities include; a speaker panel from ETS, flag-raising ceremony, music, hay wagon rides, and close-up views of farm animals. Shearing sheep, woodturning and milking a cow

are just a few of the skilled demonstrations slated for the day.

Lunch is included in the price of the ticket. Free concessions available and

other food items for purchase.

Goals for this Year's Event

Support the families of our troops and all Veterans
Present available resources for Veterans
Display and promote patriotism in our community
Increase public awareness of Every Third Saturday (ETS) and its mission
Thank the men and women who are or have served in our military
Be a place where Veterans can connect & foster relationships with others who served our country
Inform civilians how they can support our Military members

We have opted to make this a FREE event to all military members and a discounted price for their families. In addition to an entrance fee for the general public, we are seeking to cover costs to host the event, as well as, contribute a generous donation to ETS.

With your support, we can continue to fulfill our nation’s promises to the men and women who served by empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity.
