| TELL ME ABOUT THE SEASONAL SITES! SEASONAL SITE TYPES:
- STANDARD ($3250.00) - These are water/electric sites that use 300-gallon holding tanks for the septic. We have the most of this type of site, and they are typically larger and more wooded.
- SEWER ($3450.00) - These sites are water/electric and on our sewer system. These are still good-sized sites but are closer together, and while they still offer trees, the location of the trees sometimes limits the size of the campers that will fit on these sites.
- PREMIUM ($3800.00) - These are also known as our B Sites. These sites are recommended for Park Models and 40' + campers and 5th wheels. These sites come with an extended season (April 1st - Weekend before Thanksgiving) as they are on a water line that is buried 5' underground. They have their own electric meters set up directly with the electric company, and they each have their own 1000-gallon septic holding tanks.
DECKS/SHEDS/GAZEBOS/FIRE PITS: Each site comes empty with a small fire ring and a picnic table. It is encouraged for you to make the site your own. With office approval, we allow you to build out what you need. Beyond the main things, many guests have added a cooking area, a bar, a flower garden, and other fun stuff. We also recommend adding colorful lights, as we want your personality to shine through even at nighttime.
VEHICLES: Everything is based on space availability, but if room allows, you can have up to 2 vehicles, 1 golf cart, and up to 2 ATV/UTVs. If your site does not have room for the vehicles, we do offer overflow parking areas. We don't allow boats and trailers to be left on the site, but you can bring them as needed. They will need to be parked up front, and they need to go home with you when you leave.
WOOD/PROPANE/PUMP OUTS: We offer our guests wood delivery as well as filling up your propane tanks and pumping out your black tanks as needed.
We do our best to be transparent in everything at the campground. Please visit the seasonal page of our website. We have a lot of additional information there as well as links to our seasonal agreement, campground rules & policies, and addendums to the agreement for things like pets, golf carts, and ATV/UTVS. |
