43rd Annual Family Nature Day at White Memorial Conservation Center

VENDOR REGISTRATION REQUEST FORM

Event Information:

Guests will be here from 11am-5pm. We see an average of 1200 people with good weather.

Vendors must arrive and be set up, with cars moved to a nearby parking lot by 10:00am. Limit of two cars per vendor.

ALL people helping you with your booth must arrive by 10:30 to avoid paying admission to the event.

Vendors must stay until 4pm.

Registration fee is $30 to be paid by cash, check, or online no later than August 31st, 2025.

Checks should be made out to White Memorial Conservation Center

Cash or check can be dropped off in our Museum Gift shop during regular business hours.

You are now completing a registration request form. We will send you an email with confirmation that you have been selected participate as soon as possible. We do this only to avoid too much overlap in vendor type. We have plenty of space and will accept vendors on a first come first serve basis. No food vendors. Please allow up to two week for your request to be acknowledged.

Payment can be sent after approval from White Memorial is received and must be received by us no later than September 21st 2024. We will provide you with a link if you choose to pay by card. Thank you!!!!
