The Dreamerz Workshop Series is a space to reimagine resilience, find healing through movement, and dream boldly in the face of adversity.

This three-part series invites you to explore your inner narratives, reconnect with your body, and reclaim dreaming as an act of resistance.

Part I: Unraveling to Reimagine - Exploring our Inner Narratives

This session offers meditation, journaling, and group exercises that help you untangle limiting beliefs and explore new possibilities for growth. Through reflection and collaboration, you'll create space for personal transformation.

Part II: Hip Movements for Healing

Healing begins with movement. In this session, you’ll engage in yoga, breathwork, and energetic dance exercises that will help you release stored emotions in the body.

Part III: Dreams as Resistance - Rebuilding Through Creativity

Dreaming is a radical act of resistance. In this final session, you'll harness creativity as a tool for rebuilding your vision of the future. Through vision boards, storytelling, and community collaboration, you’ll affirm your dreams and connect your personal goals with collective aspirations, creating a vision for a freer, more empowered future.

PLEASE NOTE: We have 20 spots available for each workshop! Preference will be given to Bayview/ Hunters Point Residents.
