Who Should Apply?

This program is designed for Yolo County nonprofits that:

  • Have 1–5 staff members and want to build strong internal systems.
  • Organizations whose program staff are large, but whose operational staffing and infrastructure are limited and need to evolve to match the scale of the organization (i.e. The Executive Director is the one doing most of the operations work with support from 1 other staff or board member).
  • Are volunteer-run and confident in their ability to participate and meet program requirements.
  • Are scaling rapidly and need systems to match.
  • Have experienced cuts in government funding and need to adapt operations.
  • 📌 Consistent participation is required. Review the program schedule before applying.
