1^st Annual Bravoland Kettleman Photo Contest

RULES

WHO MAY ENTER:

All visitors to Bravoland Kettleman, except professional photographers and Bravoland Kettleman, Azar Enterprises, LLC. and Bravo Farms employees and their immediate families.

MEDIUM/SPECIFICATIONS

• Color or black & white prints
• Photos shot with a digital camera are eligible but must be a minimum size of 2500 x 4000, 4 MB, 240 dpi, 24 bit resolution for publishing
• Images must include recognizable elements of Bravoland Kettelman location in Kettleman City, CA.

• An image that combines the elements of more than one photograph or has elements removed are not eligible. Minor burning, dodging or color correction is acceptable.
• No printed or mounted photos please
• All photos must be sent digitally via e-mail to media@bravofarms.com
• Files must not be larger than 25 MGB
• Images must include recognizable elements of Bravoland Kettleman location in Kettleman City, CA.

• Photo entry must include the entrants full name, physical address, city, state, zip code, phone number and e-mail address.

ENTRIES

• To qualify photos may not have been published in any commercial publications.
• Entries must include a model release for any recognizable people, if feasible.
• Entrants may enter up to four individual photographs.
• E-mail photographs to media@bravofarms.com photo entry must include the entrants full name, physical address, city, state, zip code, phone number and e-mail address through media@bravofarms.com

DEADLINE

• Entries must be received no later than midnight, Friday, September 6, 2024

JUDGING

• Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity and photographic quality and must contain a recognizable area of the Bravoland Kettleman facility.
• Winning images will be posted in Bravoland Kettleman social media and on the https://bravofarms.com/pages/kettleman-city website and included in the Bravoland Kettleman newsletter in October 2024.
• Please do not call or e-mail us about the status of your entries. Winners will be notified via e-mail, text and phone call, no later than Friday, September 13, 2024.

AWARDS

First Prize: $150 Cash prize paid in the form of a check made out in the exact name provided in entry e-mail, by entrant.

Second Prize: $100 Cash prize paid in the form of a check, made out in the exact name provided in entry e-mail, by entrant.

Third Prize: $50 Cash prize paid in the form of a check, made out in the exact name provided in entry e-mail, by entrant.

RESTRICTIONS

• Winners must cash their checks within 6 months
• Entrants must own all rights to any photographs entered into this contest.
• It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that publication of photographs in print or electronic form in future issues of or media representing Bravoland Kettleman, Azar Enterprises, LLC or Bravo Farms raises no legal claims.
• All entrants agree to allow Bravoland Kettleman, Azar Enterprises, LLC. or Bravo Farms to publish their photographs in print or electronic form in future Bravoland Kettleman related products and to use the photographs for advertising and promotional purposes without payment.

PLEASE NOTE

• All photographs submitted become the property of Bravoland Kettleman, Azar Enterprises, LLC and Bravo Farms.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

• Submission of an entry to the contest automatically constitutes the contestant’s acceptance of all conditions set forth in the above rules.
• Entries not complying with the above rules will be disqualified.
