What Does Our College Tuition Benefit Offer?

PREMIER THERAPY and entities understands the value that financial wellness brings to our employees. So to assist you and your family with one of the largest financial concerns you may face - paying for college, all employees including full-time, part-time, part-time+ and PRN employees are eligible for the College Tuition Benefit!

The CTB Program by SAGE allows participants to accrue points that ultimately convert to dollars in tuition savings. PLEASE NOTE: This benefit is not available for adults, but rather for dependents and family members, nieces/nephew, grandchildren and godchildren.

How CTB Works

• You must enroll. Employees earn 2000 Tuition Rewards Points annually and an added bonus of 2500 Tuition Rewards Points in year four.
• Tuition Rewards Points can be used by students going into a 4-year undergraduate program at any of CTBs’ 440+ network schools. 1 point = $1 in tuition savings.
• Once registered, the account/all points in it are yours to keep forever. TUITION REWARDS POINTS NEVER EXPIRE!
• You do not need to know where the student will be going to college to transfer the rewards.
• If for some reason you do not have someone who can utilize the program at this time, we encourage you to register as you may have someone in the future who could potentially benefit from the program. Once registered, you will see any past points (if applicable) and the account/all points in it are yours to keep forever.
• You will also have access to new Financial Wellness tools and SAGE Prime where YOU can receive discounts of at least 10% off of the costs of non-traditional education programs, for yourself, offered by select member colleges and universities! See Resources section below.

Follow These Steps to Register

1. To register for a Tuition Rewards Account, you must go to go to: https://ctbselect.collegetuitionbenefit.com/
2. Enter company ID# 211245 and;
3. Enter password: ctbselect

There Are (2) Important Deadlines That MUST be Met to Utilize Rewards Points:

1. Adding Students and Pledging Rewards: Students must be registered by the employee by 8/31 of the year when the student begins 12th grade. The last day for pledging earned Tuition Rewards to a student is also 8/31 of the year the student begins school. This is also the last day for a student to earn any Student Tuition Rewards from any source.
2. Submitting Student Tuition Reward to member schools: Using the college and university list available below. The employee must submit a Tuition Rewards statement to any member school(s) if your student applies within (10) days of the application being submitted.
