YOGA IS BACK.

Calling all "Yogis" from beginner to experienced, we have a class for you! We have teamed up with Spectrum Resident Amber Aranas to offer two options for our Spectrum Residents.

  • Slow Flow Yoga : Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm
  • All Levels Yoga - Saturday afternoons once a month from 2:00-3:00pm. Register below.

SLOW FLOW, GENTLE YOGA

Wednesday Evenings

This class is based on slowing the mind, body and breath down to increase relaxation and gently stretch muscles. The benefits can include; reduces stress, improves sleep, reduces chronic pain and lowers anxiety. 

ALL LEVELS YOGA

Saturday Afternoon

November 20

2:00pm - 3:00pm

 

This is an all level class (catered to beginners and seasoned yogis,) which will strengthen and stretch the muscles and tissues of the body. This incorporates breathing techniques, vinyasa style yoga and meditation.
