As year-end approaches, join us for a chance to learn about current accounting and auditing updates on December 5th and tax updates on December 6th. We will discuss updates for TN contractors, the Secure ACT, 179D tax credits and more!

These courses are designed to provide updates to public accountant and accounting/finance leaders from all industries. Each day will include a survey of key changes during the year and a deep dive discussion on selected topics.


There are no prerequisites or advanced preparation required, and the program level is updated. To be awarded full credit hours, you must be present , registering your attendance and departure on the attendance sheets at the registration desk. The instructional method is Group Live. For the Accounting & Audit Update course, a total of 8 hours of credit is available. The recommended amounts and fields of study for CPE credits are as follows: Accounting and SSARS Update: 2 Accounting, Audit Standards Update: 1 Auditing, Going Concern: 1 Accounting, Geopolitical Economic Update: 1 Economics, CECL, AR & ASC 606: 1 Accounting, Updates for TN Contractors, Nonprofits & Uniform Guidance and SECURE Act: 2 Auditing.


For the Tax Update course, a total of 8 hours of credit is available. The recommended amounts and fields of study for CPE credits are as follows: 7 hours of Taxes credit for all sessions combined except Small & Medium Business Economic Impact, which will be for 1 Economics credit hour.
