A message from Golf in Society's Founder Anthony Blackburn

We’re delighted that Rudding Park has agreed to host the event at their Golf Academy.

“Rudding Park feels like my spiritual home. When we started Golf in Society, they

agreed to be our first ever Parkinson’s golf venue, in fact it was the first “Parkinson’s

friendly golf club in the World and has helped us improve the health and happiness of so many lives”.

“At Golf in Society our mission is to improve the lives of families facing challenges in

life by inspiring them to discover how a regular visit to their local golf club can

improve their Physical, mental and social wellbeing”.

“The Academy is perfect for us. It allows us to create various pathways to discover

golf and enjoy it. The six hole Repton course is a shining example of how you can

make golf accessible and enjoyable for everyone in society. I wish I could take it everywhere with me”.
