| Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join Latitude Commercial. The role involves performing basic maintenance tasks, including handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and HVAC. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and professional completion of tasks, maintaining organizational standards. Responsibilities encompass efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with routine assessments and preventive/corrective maintenance. Job Duties:
- Manage building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety, including hands on repair & maintenance work. Building automation systems, card access systems, door & gate systems, ground & parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems and various other R&M tasks associated with the operation of a commercial property.
- Must be able to independently plan work assignments, perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision, and assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of building and grounds.
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repairs, records as needed. Effectively respond to emergencies and support after-hours building-related activity.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED
- Experience in general maintenance & repair. (Company Sponsored Training Available)
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record with periodic checks (where applicable)
- Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and safely install rigging/lifting devices.
*Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is $50,000 PER YEAR + BONUS *Company Vehicle & Tools provided.
