Dear Friend,

Welcome! If you’ve found your way here, it’s because you’re looking for ways to support yourself or a loved one navigating the challenges of ADHD or anxiety. As someone who has spent countless hours sitting across from parents, caregivers, and individuals in therapy sessions, I want you to know you’re not alone.

In my practice, one of the most common things I hear is, "What tools or resources can we use to make life just a little bit easier?" Over time, I’ve compiled a collection of trusted, ADHD- and anxiety-friendly products that I’ve recommended to countless clients—resources that help improve focus, reduce overwhelm, and foster emotional growth.

These aren’t just generic suggestions; they’re carefully chosen tools that align with the unique strategies we often discuss in sessions. From sensory aids and planners to calming techniques and learning tools, these products are designed to enhance your or your child’s success in a practical, sustainable way.

I’ve created this page as an extension of those conversations I have in therapy—a way to bring those same thoughtful recommendations right to you, wherever you are in your journey. My hope is that these resources will help you feel more empowered, supported, and ready to tackle the challenges ahead.

Take a look, explore, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more guidance. You’re doing an incredible job, and I’m here to help every step of the way. I promise I learn as much from you as you do from me, so I will update this page frequently!

Warmly,

Holly

Fidgets

Fidgets can be incredibly helpful for individuals with ADHD and anxiety as they provide a subtle, calming outlet for excess energy and stress. By keeping the hands or body engaged in repetitive, soothing movements, fidgets help improve focus, reduce restlessness, and create a sense of grounding in overwhelming situations. For those with anxiety, they offer a tangible distraction from intrusive thoughts and promote self-regulation during moments of heightened tension. Whether it’s a stress ball, fidget spinner, or sensory toy, these tools can be a simple yet effective way to support emotional and cognitive balance.
