Carlos Jones, ll - Houston, TX

Carlos Jones II is a born leader who lives his life to inspire others. Since his childhood, Carlos has been using his voice and his truth to captivate audiences. He is a graduate of Tennessee State University Nashville, Tennessee where he pursued football on a full athletic scholarship. His aspirations of becoming a pro athlete was cut short when God gave him new direction for his life. Leaving his football aspirations behind, at the leading of God, Carlos acknowledged the ministry calling on his life. He holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Divinity which he received at Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure, at Tennessee State, he served as the President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes which gave him the opportunity to own his new path in the safety of his teammates. 

After returning home, Carlos started The Way Interdenominational Church and lead a congregation there for seven years. In 2017 he partnered with Pastor Smokie Norful to launch Inspiration Church where he leads a multi-generational body of believers. He is providing greater Houston's Pearland and Missouri City communities with an inspiring message of hope, healing and empowerment. 

In addition to his pastoral role, Carlos Jones II has been very fortunate to launch multiple successful business ventures. As an entrepreneur and the founder of SCSCC Enterprise, LLC, he works along side others with aspirations of becoming business owners to help them launch and grow and develop their uniqueness. In addition, he is the CEO of Inspiration Partners, a non- profit organization that provides mentorship, life-skill coaching, and exposure to society and cultural. He is a leadership strategist and business consultant to Pastor Smokie Norful, a member of the Fort Bend Ministers Association and he is deeply involved in education, political and community initiatives that impact the people that he serves. He is happily married to Sparkle Jones, together they have three children, Summer, Carlos lll and Carson. 

Robert "Twixx" Taylor - Las Vegas, NV

Robert “ Twix “ Taylor was born and raised in the City of North Las Vegas Nv. He has been a trail blazer in his community and beyond by always giving back such as mentoring and motivational speaking with youth groups. 

Robert is a successful business owner of multiple businesses currently and previously such as the Fade’em All Barber Shop franchise which consisted of 6 Barbershops, 5 salons, a tattoo shop, Taylor Made photography, and Xclusive Lounge. Robert was a radio personality / news reporter on KCEP FM 88.1’s Wake Up Squad and the Afternoon Fix. Robert is currently on the Board of Directors for the Urban Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of the S.O.T Board for Canyon Springs HS, and was a former candidate for North las Vegas Mayor 2022.

Fabiola is the Business Banking Officer at Nevada State Bank. She has about 18 years of banking industry experience, having started as a teller in 2006. Since then, she has worked her way up through the ranks, holding different branch banking positions in Austin, Texas and Southern California, including Lead Teller, Banker, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager.
