| Cancellation and Refund Policy Read all the information on this page before registering for the event. Once a registration or payment is completed, you consent to abide by the policies outlined below. Checks made out to NIEER, and purchase orders are accepted as a form of payment Check payment must be postmarked no later than 20 days before the event. NIEER reserves the right to cancel registration if payment is not received/postmarked by 20 days before the event. Purchase order payment must be received by 5 days after the event.
Cancellations Requests for refunds for the conference must be made in writing and must be received 20 days before the event. A US$75 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are not issued in cash and not on-site at the location of an in-person event. NIEER reserves the right to cancel any events because of low registration or events beyond NIEER's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different event or receive a full refund. |
