We have fantastic Sunday School opportunities for all ages!

An essential part of the Christian life is growing in faith. Wesley UMC offers a variety of small groups, Bible studies, and Sunday School classes to help you learn and grow in mind and spirit! Check out the Christian Education opportunities below, and grow with us!

Our Nursery-Elementary age classes use the “Orange” curriculum – combining family and church strengths to capture the next generation's hearts and minds.

ParentCue.org is a fantastic resource that uses the OrangeⒸ philosophy to teach our children! Weekly activities and devotionals are offered to guide kids to trust Jesus. We hope to change how our kids see God, themselves, and the rest of the world.

SUNDAYS

Luke: Jesus and the Outsiders, Outcasts, and Outlaws

During the season of Lent, Wesley’s Adult Sunday School class is studying Adam Hamilton’s newest book, “Luke: Jesus and the Outsiders, Outcasts, and Outlaws.” Join us in the Lounge (across from the Welcome Desk) on Sundays between services (10:15-11:15am), or on Zoom (contact Pastor Sara for the link) to see how Jesus actively reached out to the lowly and marginalized. Perhaps that’s what the Church should do, too! Study books are $10, and all are welcome!

Who is the Holy Spirit? A Walk With the Apostles

Christians talk about the Holy Spirit but rarely know how to recognize the Spirit's presence and activity in the world. These meditations attempt to discern how the winds of the Spirit have blown in the lives of Jesus, his disciples, and the earliest Christians so that we can track and participate in the works of the Holy Spirit in the global village of the 21st century.

Favorite Books of the Bible

There are sixty-six books that make up the Christian Bible. Each is a unique perspective and recollection of passed-down stories and personally experienced events. As we read these books and live by the messages they teach, we grow to connect to particular ones. We continue this popular series, where we will celebrate our favorite books of the Bible with a new study leader for each book. Click here to view a list of scheduled 'Favorite Books of the Bible' series classes.

All are welcome!
