Sometimes getting support involves waiting. Waiting for a TRICARE referral. Waiting for VA Community Care authorization. Preparing for a deployment. Waiting to figure out what comes next.

While You Wait is a FREE, welcoming support group at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at The Up Center for Active Duty service members and Veterans who are somewhere in that in-between space.

Think of it as a place to come as you are, meet some people who understand military life, pick up a few useful tools, and get a little support while you figure out your next step.
