Join Us for the 3rd Annual Women in Law Enforcement Symposium |
| The 3rd Annual Women’s History Month Symposium, themed “The Power of Presence,” is a dedicated day to celebrate, uplift, and amplify the voices of women in law enforcement. At a time when women represent just 12% of the workforce and only 3% of leadership roles, this symposium shines a spotlight on their resilience, influence, and essential contributions to the profession.
Through engaging panels, dynamic conversations, and intentional networking, attendees will explore what it means to lead with confidence, navigate challenges, and show up authentically in spaces where representation matters. The symposium will also emphasize mentorship, wellness, and collective support—reinforcing that presence is not only about being seen, but about being heard, valued, and empowered to lead. |
