If you are a woman who is interested in growing closer to God, learning skills to start a ministry, or gaining new skills to lead or grow a ministry, a one-year internship with Steady On may be the next right step for you.

During your internship, I will help you build skills to grow your ministry as you support me in mine.

We will focus on connecting with God’s deep love for us (Jeremiah 31:3) that calls us by name (Isaiah 43:1) and equips us to let our light shine before others (Matthew 5:16) because we are His masterful creation (Ephesians 2:10).

GROW IN SPIRITUAL DEPTH

My first love is Jesus, and encouraging others to go deeper in relationship with Him is my greatest joy. We will work together, yes. But we will also study and pray together. All ministry is an overflow of our abiding relationship with Him.

DEVELOP NEW MINISTRY SKILLS

Are you interested in creating courses, podcasting, utilizing social media, or designing email newsletters? Steady On utilizes all these aspects of online ministry, and I am here to share what I’ve learned with you.

CLARIFY YOUR CALLING

I have not arrived, friend. I’m still watching God’s plan for my life unfold, too. But together we will identify places where your skills shine so you move closer to realizing the God-placed desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4)

When applying for a Steady On Ministry internship, I wasn’t sure if I would qualify since I didn’t have any experience with online ministries or podcasting, and I didn’t have an official ministry of my own--only ideas.

Since starting the internship, I’ve learned so much and am so thankful for Angie’s patience. Learning to work with graphics in Canva and just hearing about all the behind-the-scenes things that go on with an online ministry only boosted my confidence to believe that "I can do this." I feel that I’ve gained more than I’ve given

Angie has such a beautiful passion for helping others grow spiritually and mentoring them in their passions for helping others. I now have a clearer picture of what my ministry might look like and the beginning steps to get there. And in the mean time, I have met wonderful ladies that have been a great encouragement to me.

I discovered Steady On through a mutual friend and was impressed with the grace and professionalism in Angie's podcast.

I had recently left my job with a large ministry but struggled a bit with being “alone” in building the new ministry God had called me to. Interning with Angie proved that she is the “real deal.”

She consistently obeys the Lord's leading and tells the truth, even when it isn't easy, and she honors God in all she does. I have loved being a part of her team and being given the opportunity to contribute to Steady On.
