What are the issue ages? Issue ages are 18-85. What are the benefit amounts? The benefit amounts are as follows:
- Ages 18-64 = $5,000 to $75,000
- Ages 65-85 = $5,000 to $60,000
Is there coverage for skin cancer? Skin cancer coverage is 1% of the lump sum benefit.
What if a policy holder's cancer comes back? Do they have coverage? After an initial claim, recurrence benefits are available for cancer up to the lifetime maximum.
- Less than 2 years = 0%
- 2-4 Years = 25%
- 5-9 Years = 50%
- 10+ Years = 100%
Is there a pre-existing condition period? The pre-existing condition period is 12 months after policy date.
What riders are available with Cancer? Most riders are available with the Cancer Plus plan including, but not limited to:
- Hospital Indemnity
- Ambulance
- Emergency Room
- Outpatient Surgery

How does a client file a claim? Your clients can complete a claim form and mail, fax, or email it. The claim form can be found under the Forms tab on the LBIG Agent Portal or on our website.
