• 7:30 Virtual Reunion ends
• 8:30 Dinner Buffet ends

• 9:30 Cash Bar Ends
• 10:00 Reunion ends - The bar on the other side of the lobby will be open for those that want to hang around and continue the conversation.

NOTE: PARKING UPDATE

• As a guest of the reunion, you must register your car when you arrive. An email was sent with instructions attached to everyone attending the reunion.
• The discount code for complimentary parking is:5BAB81D4
• Scan the parking QR code and search for Guest Parking for Day.
• Signs are posted in the parking lot and there will be additional reminders as you pick up your nametag with the QR code
• If you are staying overnight, you might also be able to use this code. The instructions for this are a little unclear!

FAQ

What is the attire for the Saturday night event? There is no specific dress code. Feel free to dress casually or formally, whatever makes you most comfortable. The key is to enjoy reconnecting with classmates.

What is for Dinner? Buffet dinner will be available from 6:30 - 8:30. The menu includes Panzanella and Ceasar Salad, Roaster Fingerling Potatoes and Locally Sourced Vegetable Medley, Herbed Lemon Grilled French Chicken Breast with Lemon Demi Sauce, Braised Short Ribs in a Pan Reduction Sauce, Roasted Line Caught Halibut with Garlic White Wine Sauce, Chocolate Revenge Cake and Fresh Berries with Lemon Chantilly Cream.

What if I have special dietary restrictions? Let us know and we'll let the hotel know. We have tried to select a menu that accomodates most food concerns but we understand some people need special plates. Send an email to springbrook1976@gmail.com. We must have this by 10/2/26.

What restaurants are recommended around the hotel? Around the lake there are several choices. Silver Diner and True Foods are healthy. If you like Mexican Guapo's is a fan favorite with Uncle Julio's a close second. Copper Canyon is also a good choice. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store about 5 minutes away in Downtown Crown. Also located in Downtown Crown is a beer and wine store, Starbucks, Coastal Flats and several other casual dining choices.

If I arrive early, what can I do? Around the lake you'll find walking paths, a movie theater, an escape room, a paint bar, a climbing center and shopping. We don't have any activities planned beyond those listed on this page. If you'd like to organize a gathering, let us know and we'll post the details.

Is there free parking? If you are staying overnight at the hotel, you will be charged a fee. If you are just attending the reunion, you will need to enter your vehicle information when you enter the hotel for discounted parking for the evening.

REUNION ACTIVITIES

ACCOMMODATIONS

For those from out of town, we'll be at the Marriott Washingtonian Center which is in Gaithersburg. Locals refer to the area as "Rio". You'll find several restaurants, shops, paddle boats, a movie theatre and the lake is a great place to take a walk or run.

The Gaithersburg Marriott has a few rooms set aside for us at a discounted price. Here's the link if you are interested. Our discounted room block ends August 31, 2026.

There is a parking fee at the Marriott for overnight guests.

There are several other hotels in walking distance or a short drive.
